Boris Kachano is a multidisciplinary designer based in New York City.
From a very young age, I’ve had a strong interest in art. My knowledge in computers, mixed with my passion in art, sparked my interest in digital design. I have always tried to learn new design methods and develop my skills. I taught myself Adobe Photoshop at a young age and continue to become more proficient in it. Since then, I’ve learned Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, QuarkXPress, Final Cut Pro, just to name a few.
I earned my BFA degree in Communication Design from the New York City College of Technology. I have gained many skills and a lot of experience in this major. During my time in this school, I have discovered many ways to implement my interest in art into visual design. I’ve learned about many different mediums that could be used to reach the public with a message or a product.
I have been interested in web design ever since the first time I logged on to the internet. Now I have a substantial amount of knowledge in this field and I am still learning. I am adequately proficient in HTML, CSS, and many other aspects of web design.
